A little more about it
The advanced programme combines sake production experience with Japanese brewing culture, local conditions and guided learning at partner breweries. Individual and group routes are offered. Candidates must already hold the Certified Sake Sommelier qualification or enroll in the combined pathway.
What this credential means
Private industry qualification. It is distinct from the lower-level Certified Sake Sommelier and from a government brewing or alcohol-service license.
